...so I can sleep right through it? I am SO tired! Tiny Ninja's birthday celebration was a hoot - the food was tasty, the company was charming, and the card-playing was furious and hilarious. Both my girls learned to play Pinochle under the tutelage of Very Patient Husband, Grandpa Jack, and Cousin Matt. What they lacked in bidding skill they made up in enthusiasum and excessive celebration when things went their way.Unfortunately, VPH discovered Tombstone was on again just as the card-playing ended (THANK HEAVEN because we haven't watched it for at least two days!), so he and Cousin Matt proceeded to watch it (because WHO KNOWS when it might be aired again???). At 11 p.m. (two hours past my bedtime), we said goodnight to Cousin Matt and toddled off to bed. Now I'm trying to print mailing labels for the Brownville Concert Series 2008 brochure AND watch LSU/Ohio State AND stay awake. It's really more than one woman can handle.
