7. Everything is GREEN - tulips blooming, lilacs budding, violets peeking out, horses losing winter coat...
8. Oldest daughter got music teaching job in this area after two years working in another field.
9. Slowly but surely, reclaiming second floor from packrat-itis. One room down, three to go :-)
